Support with remote access

To use remote support, it is necessary that you:

  1. Download and install the TEAMVIEWER program. (use the link at the end of this page)

  2. Open TeamViewer

  3. During the assistance session, the technician can control your computer in its entirety; as long as the control of user accounts is deactivated. Otherwise, the caller's assistance will be requested.

  4. Contact us by phone, to indicate the ID and PASSWORD

  5. It is recommended that the PC where the remote connection is established has speakers and a microphone or, failing that, a headset and microphone.

  6. At the end of the support session, remember to close TEAMVIEWER to terminate the remote support
